Expense Administrator

CLOSING DATE 17 JUNE 2024

You will be responsible for following the business expense audit processes and methods. Your existing knowledge of business expense audit will be key to this role as will an understanding of expense management systems. You should be keen to take on fresh challenges, develop your technical and interpersonal skills as well as expand your knowledge and experience through on the job training.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform the audit of expense reports submitted by NOV employees. Ensure that the company Travel and Business Expenses policies are correctly interpreted and applied by NOV employees. Liaise with NOV employees and their managers to resolve expense queries. Communicate with Payroll functions to facilitate reimbursement and deductions, as necessary. Liaise with Corporate Treasury on Corporate credit card related issues. Assist with ongoing administration of Concur, and to communicate policy and system updates/ developments to employees and management. Provide management reporting to NOV financial managers, as required. Support and assist employee Concur training initiatives, both online and in person, for both existing and new employees 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard grade Maths, English (essential) Qualification in Accounting/Finance or business related subject (desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

Working knowledge within a finance/administration position (essential)

SKILLS, TRAINING, SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:

Expense management systems knowledge (desirable)
