Your Role

  • Process invoices for payments.
  • Handle accounts payable for different entities and vendors.
  • Analyze invoice workflow process.
  • Manage transactions and perform various accounting tasks such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling accounts.
  • Interpret daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Assist the accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly reports as well as financial statements.
  • Address and resolve issues with financial and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions by the accounts payable team.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills.
  • Develop and uphold knowledge of all procedures, policies, and standard operating practices.

Expectations

  • Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level).
  • Minimum 1 year of prior accounting experience.
  • Positive and customer-oriented attitude in corporate communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

Nice to Have

  • BA/MA Degree in Accounting/Finance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with JDE, ISP, and Noveo is a plus.
