Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

We are an innovative team in Business Process Services and we invite you to join us in the thrilling mission of transforming Finance and Accounting processes. You will play a crucial role in the ongoing migration and transformation process for our client.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices accurately and in line with accounting standards
  • Uploading bank statements and transactions
  • Handling queries regarding invoices and payments
  • Assisting with month-end closing tasks
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Creating basic reports
  • Updating process documentation to comply with country-specific regulations

Knowledge and skills for success:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Proficiency in English and German (especially in reading invoices)
  • Basic grasp of accounting concepts and principles
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
