Job Title: AR Analyst (Cash Application) with Spanish

Description:

Join MMC's team in Warsaw as an AR Analyst with a focus on Cash Application. You'll work within the Accounts Receivable function alongside offshore support, becoming part of a dynamic team within MMC's Financial Hub. This hub plays a crucial role within the wider finance head office function.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cash allocation process
  • Reconcile broker's remuneration with insurers
  • Handle orders and transactions in line with company standards
  • Perform month-end closing activities
  • Verify financial documents for accuracy
  • Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and forecasts as needed
  • Enhance processes through experience and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of similar work experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an SSC/BPO company
  • University degree in finance or economics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused and proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Greek, or Portuguese
