Description:

We are looking for a new team member to join us in the vibrant Warsaw office at MMC. Currently, we are in need of an AR Analyst with French (Cash Application) position.

About the Role:

Join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team, which benefits from extensive offshore support. You will become part of a dynamic and continuously growing team within MMC's Financial Hub, an essential component of our broader finance head office.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating the cash allocation process
  • Reconciling broker's remuneration with insurers
  • Handling orders and transactions following internal company standards
  • Performing month-end closing activities
  • Verifying the accuracy of financial documents
  • Nurturing long-term business relationships with stakeholders
  • Preparing various reports and forecasts on an ad hoc, daily, or monthly basis
  • Driving process improvements based on your experience and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to approach problem-solving tasks analytically
