Responsibilities
  • Craft flawless user experiences both functionally and aesthetically.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to plan and execute product development.
  • Propose and implement innovative ways to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and improve existing code and features.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with React or similar technologies
  • Proficiency in English at level B1 or higher.
  • EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit required
  • Ready to work on-site in Wrocław office
Compensation as a React Frontend Developer

Approximate Salary: PLN – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN – gross/month – Permanent employment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary depending on factors like job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one aspect of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also qualify for incentives such as monthly team bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing, or long-term cash awards.
