Twój zakres obowiązków, Rozwój i utrzymywanie aplikacji IT we współpracy z biznesem, działami IT (centralnymi, regionalnymi i lokalnymi) oraz dostawcami zewnętrznymi., Zarządzanie dokumentacją, zbieranie wymagań, przygotowanie specyfikacji., Wsparcie i prowadzenie testów aplikacji., Zapewnienia skutecznego działania procesów zarządzania incydentami, zgłoszeniami i problemami w oparciu o najlepsze praktyki ITIL., Przegląd raportów dotyczących SLA, w celu zwiększenia jakości usług oraz identyfikacji i zarządzania zagrożeniami., Zarządzanie ryzykiem w rozwiązaniach biznesowych., Budowanie i zarządzanie relacjami z użytkownikami biznesowymi, oraz dostawcami aplikacji i innych usług z obszaru IT., Zarządzanie i koordynacja akceptacji zmian w aplikacjach. Zapewnienie integralności i efektywności działania aplikacji przy wdrażaniu zmian., Przygotowanie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji rozwiązań IT, zapewniającej jakość i poprawność działania aplikacji IT.
Posiadasz min. 6 letnie świadczenie w obszarze IT oraz min. 2 lata w prowadzeniu projektów IT przy wdrażaniu nowych funkcjonalności lub zmian w aplikacjach., Znasz zagadnienia z obszaru infrastruktury IT, aplikacji IT, software developmentu., Posiadasz zdolności analityczne i koncepcyjne, umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia i koordynacji projektów., Swobodnie posługujesz się językiem angielskim, min. B2, Posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe (IT, Biznes)., Jesteś osobą odpowiedzialną i samodzielną., Masz gotowość do podróży służbowych.
