In this position, your main responsibility will be to provide IT support to Lundbeck staff and external consultants globally by resolving reported IT service requests and incidents promptly and with minimal disruption to the business. You will also have the chance to contribute to various IT projects.

Lundbeck GBS Krakow plays a vital role in corporate functions and is an essential part of Lundbeck, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in brain disorders.

As an IT Specialist, you will become a valuable member of our multicultural IT Support team based in Krakow and Singapore, offering IT assistance to Lundbeck on a global scale. This role provides a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team, enhance your IT expertise, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience, particularly in end-user support within an international Service Desk
  • Familiarity with key IT processes related to service delivery and operations, including Incident Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level
