Opportunity Overview

This role involves providing IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants globally, handling IT service requests and incidents efficiently to minimize business disruptions. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to various IT projects.

Your Future Team

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is an integral part of Lundbeck, a leading global pharmaceutical company specializing in brain diseases.

As an IT Specialist, you'll be part of a multicultural Team of IT Supporters based in Krakow and Singapore, providing IT support to Lundbeck worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team, enhance your IT skills, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

Your Skill Set

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, particularly in end-user support within an international Service Desk
  • Proficiency in key IT processes related to service delivery and operations, including Incident Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems
  • C1 level proficiency in English and Spanish
