In this position, you will use your excellent data management and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide payroll reporting and timely responses to employee queries.

We seek an individual passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience, with a keen interest in payroll/data administration. Fluency in Polish and English (knowledge of French is a significant advantage) is required. The role involves working in a fast-paced international and challenging environment.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Collect, manage, verify data submitted to the Payroll teams
  • Ensure payroll input is complete, accurate, and delivered promptly
  • Prepare various reports (predefined / ad-hoc) necessary for Payroll purposes
  • Update / maintain master data in Workday, SAP HCM, or other relevant systems
  • Assist employees, line managers, and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests through various communication channels, including case management
  • Guide employees on completing self-service transactions, obtaining information about procedures and policies as needed
  • Manage and address cases requested by employees in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve employee queries in accordance with service level agreements
  • Collaborate as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other Discovery teams to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records
  • Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if necessary
  • Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to enhance processes and drive efficiencies
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure transaction and process accuracy

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with French proficiency being a significant advantage
  • Experience related to payroll
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, focusing on detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort working with a global consumer base and diverse cultures
  • Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, ADP is beneficial
  • Understanding of case management systems such as ServiceNow is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must have the legal right to work in Poland
