Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to bolster our Agenda team. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance the user experience for doctors and administrative staff using our appointment management system.

You will be tasked with:

  • Setting the vision, strategy, and key objectives for your team to boost engagement within our core product (agenda) for individual doctors and clinics.
  • Collaborating with various departments (Customer Success, local teams) to harmonize business objectives with customer requirements, facilitating constructive discussions and effective project delivery.
  • Working closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to pinpoint and resolve critical customer issues.
  • Tracking and analyzing user behavior post-feature release, measuring outcomes against key performance indicators.
  • Curating and managing a pipeline of initiatives, implementing them through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business propositions.
  • Formulating product prerequisites utilizing Agile or Shape Up methodologies, encompassing user stories, wireframes, or prototypes supported by user/customer insights.
  • Oversight of feature functionality prior to their deployment to the production environment.

Qualifications

Skills and experience needed for success in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience (B2B2C, B2B scalability), demonstrating a track record of delivering successful products.
  • Background in Software engineering or technical acumen to actively engage in technical dialogues with developers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights from product usage data.
  • High level of energy, ownership, and effective communication prowess.
  • User-centric mindset, capable of identifying and prioritizing opportunities in alignment with team objectives.
  • Hands-on approach, adept at transitioning between strategic planning and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in identifying user pain points, validating hypotheses, conducting market experiments, defining product scopes, and launching products/services.

Additional Brownie Points if you have:

  • Previous exposure to the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in developing customer-facing SaaS solutions.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with your expertise and skills.
