We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to enhance our Agenda team. Your role involves optimizing the appointment management system for doctors and secretaries.

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Set a vision and strategy for the team to boost engagement with our core product (agenda) for doctors and clinics.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align business objectives with customer needs and drive impactful initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and enhance the product.
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics to guide product enhancements.
  • Develop and execute product initiatives using Agile methodologies, backed by user insights.
  • Ensure the quality of features before deployment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience needed for success:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B or B2B2C settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical acumen to engage in technical discussions.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive product improvements.
  • High energy, ownership mentality, and effective communication skills.
  • User-centric approach to identify and prioritize opportunities aligned with team goals.
  • Hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with operational tasks.
  • Experience in market research, product validation, and launching products/services.

  • Have a background in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in developing customer-facing SaaS solutions.
