PLN gross per month (employment contract)

At DNA you will experience:

  • Transparent and open communication (open and regular feedback, regular discussions about business position)

  • Flat structure (no hierarchy) where everyone is involved in making the company's decisions

You will be developing a native Android POS application (point of sale) that is used on a large scale in European countries (mostly Scandinavia) and:

  • take part in architecture & tech stack discussions and co-implement it
  • have the autonomy to take care of optimization, refactoring, and implementing new functionalities

Daily as a DNA team member, you will:

  • use architectural patterns, such as MVVM or Clean Architecture to ensure the codebase is well-structured, maintainable, and scalable
  • integrate the Android application with backend systems, such as payment gateways, databases or APIs
  • ensure application stability, functionality and adherence to requirements
  • assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks, providing technical insights and recommendations

Experience that will be crucial:

  • at least 5 years of commercial experience in Android development
  • day-to-day communication in English with a client
