We are seeking a Contract Analyst to join our team based in Wrocław. Come be a part of it

The role will involve the review of executed documents, analysis and conversion of the legal language within contracts into the structured fields in the data model. Ongoing process optimization and improvement. Cooperation with the teams based in USA.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analysing and extracting relevant information from contracts
  • Identifying potential documents and process flaws based on internal policies
  • Answering basic customers' requests
  • Delivering basic reporting based on contract information
  • Providing help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Very good command of English is a must (Legal English will be an asset)
  • Hold Law Degree
  • Have an excellent attention to detail skillset
  • Have an excellent time management skillset
  • Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset
  • Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Have previous experience in contracts management- would be an asset
  • Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite
