You will work on complex, interesting projects, coach, and mentor junior payroll staff, and work under minimal supervision.

at least 5+ years of experience in payroll principles, practices, processes, and procedures thorough knowledge/ experience of Italian Payroll knowledgeable in the use and administration of payroll systems e.g., Oracle, People Soft, SAP, ADP fluent in English excellent verbal and written communication skills excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, team-building and time-management skills ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments concurrently ability to work under pressure of deadlines Preferred: Italian language experience of Netherlands and or Spanish payroll ADP Streamline We are FIS.

If you have a knack for Italian and Netherlands payroll, communicate in Italian and English fluently, and are eager for a new adventure – don't hesitate – to apply What we offer you: Working in an innovative and flexible environment within an established global company Convenient office location (Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań) Possibility to work completely/partially remotely – we are open to your needs Comprehensive onboarding process Flexible working hours and a good work-life balance Contract of employment Competitive salary with including private health insurance for employees and their family, group life insurance, pension plan 5% Language courses within working hours On the job coaching and support ,[perform a variety of accounting functions in the preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, balance monthly payroll ledger, research exception items, and take corrective action, reconcile all tax and unemployment liability accounts to the general ledger and investigate variances, prepare monthly/quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues, assist with the preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues, work closely with technical departments to implement process improvements, test system changes and lead special projects within the payroll department, serve as liaison to employees and payroll associates to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company-specific pay policies, audit employees pay records and reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc., interpret pay policies, e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers' compensation, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.
