We are a team delivering HR&Payroll services to our customer for over 10 years. We are looking for skilled leaders to manage our team and create experiences that keep the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an HR Services Supervisor you will play a key role in managing people and building a strong team spirit, coordinating day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing and resolving service delivery concerns.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership for the process and team performance
  • Occasionally support the team in the daily operations
  • Supervising performance metrics measurement, escalation, change management, and communication.
  • Key point of contact for customer-related activities.
  • Coaching and monitoring the team and providing continuous feedback.
  • Identify and run initiatives that aim to increase motivation level in the teams
  • Goal setting and performance appraisal for the Team.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous process improvements.
  • Supervising workloads and dynamic respond to the resource changes.
  • Leading calls and projects (CR) in cooperation with Business Solutions and APPS team
  • Day-to-day collaboration with Operations Manager and other Supervisors
  • Prepare and participate in client's and management visits

  • Strong understanding of the HR and Payroll process and Customer Service.

  • High level of decisiveness, agility and proactivity.
  • Very good English
