Job Description:

DXC Technology is a top independent IT services company, formed by the merging of CSC and the Enterprise Services of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. We serve numerous clients globally with cutting-edge IT services and solutions. We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee our HR & Payroll services team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As an HR Services Supervisor, you will be pivotal in managing the team, fostering team spirit, handling daily operations, nurturing client relationships, and addressing service delivery issues effectively.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of processes and team performance
  • Ocasional support in daily operations
  • Supervising performance metrics, escalations, change management, and communication
  • Primary contact for customer activities
  • Team coaching, feedback provision, and motivation initiatives
  • Setting goals and performance appraisals
  • Identifying process enhancement opportunities
  • Managing workloads and resource changes efficiently
  • Leading calls and projects in collaboration with other teams
  • Regular collaboration with Operations Manager and Supervisors
  • Participation in client and management visits
