Your Role:
As a P&C Supervisor, you'll work with the P&C team to handle all HR processes in our Wroclaw store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR processes in the store (employee documentation, time tracking, payroll preparation).
- Collaborating with an external firm for payroll services.
- Effective execution of recruitment processes in the store.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new team members.
- Supporting and coordinating training policies and development.
- Fostering a positive atmosphere and communication in the store.
- Assisting Managers in scheduling for team members.
- Monitoring key HR metrics.
What Will Ensure Your Success?
- Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment (retail industry experience is a plus).
- Practical knowledge of labor law, recruitment, development, HR, and payroll.
- Proactiveness and goal orientation, ability to propose solutions and effectively solve problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Fluency in English for seamless communication.
- Readiness to work in a variable and dynamic environment.
