Kierownik ds. OperacyjnychOperations SupervisorMiejsce pracy: Wrocław ul. Bierutowska 55Zakres obowiązków:
  • zapewnienie sprawnego działania Magazynu i realizacji celów biznesowych
  • planowanie, organizacja i nadzór nad realizacją zadań w zespole
  • budowa ducha zespołu oraz motywowanie pracowników do zaangażowania w realizację zadań
  • kontrola pracy w magazynie oraz jej zgodność z obowiązującymi procedurami wewnętrznymi i przepisami BHP
  • administracja magazynu
  • inicjowanie i wdrażanie działań optymalizacji procesów i kosztów w podległym obszarze
  • utrzymanie operacyjności magazynu m.in. poprzez zapewnienie sprawności urządzeń, nośników i materiałów operacyjnych
  • tworzenie raportów i zestawień
  • realizacja innych prac związanych z koordynacją operacyjną oddziału
Profil kandydata:
  • wykształcenie min. średnie
  • dobra obsługa komputera oraz pakietu MS Office
  • doświadczenie w branży logistycznej oraz znajomość branży kurierskiej będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • zdolności organizacyjne i przywódcze
  • gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym
  • zdolność szybkiego uczenia się
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem (A2/B1)
  • łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i wysoka kultura osobista
  • zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność
  • samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji
