About this opportunity

The primary objective of the Treatment Quality Supervisor is to lead and manage a team of Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. This role is crucial in driving the team towards achieving organizational goals, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement within the department. The Treatment Quality Supervisor is responsible for strategic planning, team development, and interdepartmental collaboration to enhance overall operations and product quality.

In this role, you will...

• Manage a team of Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators, ensuring each reviewed case is executed with maximum efficiency and adherence to established quality standards.
• Monitor the work of all Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators assigned, identify issues and errors within inspection workflow and treatment plans, and recommend corrections and improvements.
• Actively collaborate with Treat Operations teams to effectively deliver organization goals.
• Oversee and enforce the independence and accuracy of error reporting by Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators, ensuring that all reports are unbiased, thorough, and adhere to corporate standards. Maintain a transparent and objective reporting process to support continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
• Coordinate holidays, leaves, training, participation in events, pilots, etc. as well as coordination of overtime of Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators, balancing the teams in different operations as needed.
• Leadership by example and motivation of the staff, maintenance of individual and group discipline and teamwork fostering a positive working environment.
• First line of contact for resolving questions and problems of Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators and escalate them as needed.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement of quality and performance of the team.
• Set goals & objectives for Treatment Quality Inspectors and Complaint Investigators, routinely review performance (quality, productivity, lead-time, cost, appeals etc.) of the team and direct areas of continuous improvement.
• Provide performance feedback to team members, and suggest remediation when performance issues arise.
• Follow all established company policies and procedures including health and safety.
• Apply and enforce established guidelines and working procedures of the corresponding operation.
• Train, coach, and mentor Treatment Quality inspectors to learn and improve their capability to perform all required duties.
• Support projects and improvement efforts.

In this role, you'll need ...

• Polish language skills on C1-level or higher (CEFR)
• English language skill on at least B2-level (CEFR)
• Minimum of 1 year of Supporting Functions or 2 years in Treat Operation experience.
• Supervisor proud must be aware of the process. Be familiar with the Windows environment. Having ability to learn efficiently software applications including 3D images, demonstrate high potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve own performance as well as the team performance under responsibility.
• Leadership skill - Show ability to interact at all levels of the organization, peers, customers, managers, Treatment Quality Inspectors, functional teams. Show interest in own and others development to improve performance. Results and team oriented: able to work under pressure to achieve goals. Agility to solve problems and to create innovative solutions. Show business understanding of metrics, KPI ́s, systems, processes. Show learning agility to improve own development and others.
• Technical skills - Have demonstrated management and understanding of the company's tools (MES) or similar tracking tools. Have used and understands basic applied statistics. Uses or able to learn excel tools to produce reports and analysis. Able to prepare reports and KPI ́s follow-up. Project management tools understanding.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical patient scenarios and in-depth knowledge of Treat quality processes. This expertise is essential for accurately assessing treatment plans and ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care.
• Higher education preferred
• Dental Hygienist/Dental or Technician Diploma/Dental diploma is a plus.
