About this role:

You will lead a Polish team during an exciting time for our company and you will have the opportunity to shape a global vision. This position will report to the Courier HR Operations Manager and you will develop strong links with local country leadership, including the country managers and HRBPs. Further, you will seek to develop strong relationships with regional internal stakeholders, such as payroll and recruitment to ensure couriers are supported in a responsive and high-quality manner.
It's the ideal opportunity for someone who has worked in a matrix organization, or a global corporation and thrives in a high-volume, transactional environment within HR services or HR operations.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Guide, lead and motivate our SSC team in Poland, whose day-to-day activity is support couriers in over their entire employment lifecycle
  • Working collaboratively with other global and local Operational and HR Leaders on common goals and objectives, while holding to account SLAs
  • Working with Centres of Excellence to continuously standardize and automate process;
  • Implementing global standards and tools and adapting them to local conditions.
  • Monitoring of team KPIs
  • Working with internal and external services to ensure correct data quality and improve processes.
  • Ensuring your team members are informed about the latest developments and changes in the department and labor law.
  • Contribute and coordinate to projects and work with the Global Courier HR Operations, Operations teams and HRBP
  • Continuous development and optimisation of existing processes.

What will you bring to the table?
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Previous experience in high-volume environment in a multinational or global company is preferred
  • Building strong relationships with other departments & external stakeholders.
  • Experience in process transition, defining new processes and implementing new solutions
  • Experience with people data and CRM systems
  • Fluent in Polish and English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is a plus
