About the Role

As a Sales Support Generalist, you will provide assistance in any of our 5 Sales Support functions. Customer Success, Data Management, Event Relations, Event Support and Events Fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Success – providing exhibitor support, acting as the point of contact for all after-sales support
  • Data Management – managing and maintaining the RX database (lead generation, data enrichment, data cleansing and data validation)
  • Event Relations – working on non-revenue outbound calling campaigns (visitor invites, information dissemination, data verification, pre / post-show survey and matchmaking)
  • Event Support – providing inbound assistance for all call, e-mail and chat queries for all RX Events
  • Fulfillment – being responsible for the on-going oversight of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience, before, during and after the event

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and C-Level executives
  • Have the ability to handle objections from customers
  • Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Possess attention to detail
  • Have some experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrate analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills
