Responsibilities:

  • Processing and updating HR data related to new hires, terminations, compensation, pensions, etc.
  • Entering payroll-related data into the system
  • Processing and reviewing HR records to ensure accuracy according internal procedures
  • Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees, HR departments, and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions via ticket

Requirements:

  • Good command of GERMAN (min. B2) and English (min. B1)
  • Positive working attitude
  • Customer service orientation
  • No previous experience required, but university degree in HR related fields or experience in similar position is a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors and Service-Now is a plus
