Responsibilities:

  • Enter HR data accurately into the HR system, covering areas like recruitment, transfers, terminations, contract adjustments, and leaves
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, certifications, and reference letters, ensuring precision and completeness
  • Address HR queries and concerns via the ticketing system, providing timely support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all documentation and processes, maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Actively contribute to process enhancements, aiming to boost customer satisfaction, productivity, and organizational objectives. Engage in projects related to process optimization

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR and Payroll
  • Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Background in Human Resources, Payroll, or Finance is a plus
