Your responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles, payments, and reports
  • Validate all payroll inputs, including workforce management and benefits
  • Prepare, verify, and upload payroll data for calculation and reconciliation
  • Problem-solve data errors and payment issues
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of multi-country payroll experience
  • Knowledge of general payroll concepts
  • Experience with Workday and time and attendance systems
  • Language skills in German and English at B2 level
  • Proficiency in computer skills and attention to detail
