Job Description:

We have a great team with extensive experience in providing HR and payroll services to our clients, and now we're on the lookout for individuals who are eager to grow professionally in the human resources and payroll field.

In this role, you'll be in charge of:

  • Recording HR data accurately in our system, covering various aspects like employment details, transfers, terminations, contract changes, and leaves.
  • Preparing essential HR documents such as contracts, certificates, and reference letters with precision and completeness.
  • Offering HR assistance by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through our ticketing system.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets company policies and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and compliance in handling employee information.
  • Actively participating in enhancing procedures and processes to boost customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and meet organizational objectives, including involvement in process enhancement projects.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in HR and Payroll.
  • Possess proficient knowledge of German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Value customer satisfaction and pay attention to detail with strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Hold an educational background in HR, Payroll, or Finance (a plus).
