For our Finance Team we are currently looking for the RtR Manager.

We are looking for candidate to cover a senior role overseeing the Record to Report (RTR) activities at the Business Service Centre in Katowice, managing the entire RTR process across several legal entities that will be serviced from the Centre. In addition, this role will be the Global Process Owner driving process efficiency and standardization supported by an appropriate level of automation.

Responsibilities in this role will be:

As a Global Process Owner you will:

Define and implement stream strategy, priorities, and deliverables Develop and implement GL policies, procedures, and best practices Work closely with local and global teams to align processes and ensure consistency Establish KPIs and monitor process effectiveness Define controls to mitigate fraud and compliance risks Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and streamlining Support the roll out and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics D365 collaborating with program implementation stakeholders Drive change management initiatives related to GL processes

As a GL Manager you will:

Manage the RtR Team of 20+ FTEs led by 2-3 Team Leaders Monitor GL performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Comply with adequate financial controls including segregation of duties, ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are met Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits Ensure appropriate transition from local sites to the BSC in "lift and shift" operations Drive continuous process improvement initiatives partnering with key stakeholders

We are looking for you to have:

Minimum 7 years leadership experience in RTR processes and managing teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance & Accounting) Have a good knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations, especially IFRS (ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred) Very good knowledge of English Strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers) Expertise in process development and implementation Experience in system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred) Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office Results oriented, assertive, strong attention to accuracy and timeliness, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as well as strong organizational skills is a must Proven ability to assess new challenges, identify areas for improvements, articulate action plans to management and follow through to implementation excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing) an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
