Ze względu na rozbudowę działu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Business Development Managera. Jeżeli masz doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B oraz potrafisz budować długotrwałe relacje z klientami, to ta oferta jest dla Ciebie

Zakres obowiązków

  • Aktywna sprzedaż produktów w sektorze FMCG, branży rolnej oraz transportowej
  • Prowadzenie sprzedaży doradczej B2B
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie i rozwój nowych klientów
  • Podróże służbowe i spotkania z klientami na terenie Polski i za granicą
  • Realizacja celów i KPI's sprzedażowych
  • Systematyczna praca z CRM
  • Budowanie długotrwałych relacji

Poszukiwane kompetencje

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B do dystrybutorów i/lub klientów końcowych w Polsce i za granicą
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży produktów na średnich procesach sprzedaży w firmach produkcyjnych
  • Umiejętność diagnozy potrzeb i docieranie do bólu klienta
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje budowania długotrwałych relacji i rozwijania klientów w oparciu o sprzedaż doradczą
  • J. angielski na poziomie min. B2

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w CRM

  • Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę B2B lub UoP
  • Wynagrodzenie w wysokości 7 000 – zł netto oraz premia uzależniona od realizacji celów i KPI's przy UoP
  • Niezbędne narzędzia pracy, tj. samochód, laptop, komputer oraz telefon
  • Ubezpieczenie grupowe
  • Pracę od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 08:00-16:00

Proces rekrutacyjny będzie się składał z weryfikacji CV, 5-minutowej rozmowy telefonicznej, 45-minutowej wideo rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej, 90-minutowej rozmowy z elementami Assessment Center, spotkania online z klientem, a następnie w siedzibie firmy.
