Job Purpose

Undertakes inspections and quality control tasks on-site or at the manufacturing facility, reporting any instances of non-conformance

Job Description


• Executes quality tests according to qualifications (including destructive and non-destructive tests) to pinpoint non-conformance issues and determine the causes of rejections
• Engages, as necessary, in the assessment and analysis of complex instances of non-conformities
• Interprets and comprehends blueprints and specifications
• Aids Production during the initial phase of new fabrication and oversees authorized repairs
• Verifies compliance and traceability of materials utilized in production
• Aligns measuring instruments using set standards.
• Gathers and validates production documents, analyzing test records
• Ensures timely engagement of Client representatives and third-party inspectors for Witness and Hold points

You are suitable for this role if:


• Possess Trade Apprenticeship/ Certificate or equivalent / technical expertise
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Holds experience and/or certification in Welding / Non Destructive Testing
