Job Title: Product Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Drive product transformation within the organization and share accountability for its success
  • Lead product initiatives in the marketplace domain
  • Ensure business objectives are met for the designated area and actively assist the team in their execution
  • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration within the team, utilizing diverse competencies in business, engineering, and design

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C e-commerce/marketplace
  • Proven ability to implement a comprehensive product strategy aligning with business goals, identifying market opportunities, and making strategic decisions for growth
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams effectively, including recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring team members to achieve product objectives
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-centric approach, including monitoring KPIs, leveraging data for decision-making, A/B testing, and experience with Scrum methodology

Nice to have:

  • Good grasp of UX principles, with the capacity to empathize with users and address their needs
  • Understanding of technological aspects to facilitate decision-making and challenge conventional practices
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and its various business models
  • Bonus points for prior experience in addressing user discovery challenges, particularly in search and browse functionalities
