Your role:

  • Creating a strategy and roadmap for the product,
  • Care over product development, support in its sales,
  • Supporting clients in identifying and defining business needs,
  • Analysis and translation of business requirements into a solution concept,
  • Creating analytical documentation,
  • Conducting conversations with clients and maintaining business relationships with them.
You will do well in the team if:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the area of business and system analysis,
  • You know the principles of preparing and building business requirements and functional analysis,
  • You have business process modeling skills
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs and prepare solutions that optimize the customer's business processes
  • You have knowledge and practical experience in working in a Scrum team (preferably experience as a Product Owner and working with the Product Backlog).

    What will be an additional advantage?
  • Higher education in IT, economics or related field
  • Ability to design user interfaces based on good UX practices,
  • Knowledge of receivables monitoring and debt collection processes
  • Experience in integrating IT systems,
  • Product management experience
  • Knowledge of CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect) and knowledge of English at a level enabling free business communication,
  • Communication and responsibility for assigned tasks,
  • Experience working in an agile team.
