The Workflows Business Operations team is focused on achieving the purpose of our business and communities - to accelerate sustainable growth by delighting customers with seamless workflows, harnessing the power of LSEG data and analytics in a global multi-asset class ecosystem. As a Business Operations Specialist you will be a part of a Workflows COO team that cultivates cross-functional collaboration, collation, and alignment. You will help to drive the execution and delivery of initiatives and implement the operating rhythm and cadence for the Workflows business.

The daily task you will perform

• Completes daily business management, strategic and operational activities for Workflows to drive the Strategic Objectives and ensure the operating unit is running efficiently, optimizing company resources, and increasing return of investment
• Supports the COO of Workflows and her team in any day-to-day delivery tasks that help to providing key decision-making information to the business on both ad-hoc and recurring basis
• Collates metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting effectiveness and drafts recommendations for process improvements; Provides insights to performance through regular reporting
• Coordinates timelines, templates, submissions and deadlines for key processes and project outcomes and leads processes and tools needed for the effective running of the COO team and the function
• Brings together, tracks, and follows up on post meeting actions, driving strong interlock with key relationships
• Works on production of materials (presentations, executive briefs, videos, etc.)
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual processes by preparing reconciliation materials including reporting on ad-hoc projects and Business Continuity Plans
• Closely works with Workflows business leadership team to complete committed results, objectives, and strategy
• Leads analytical, investigative, and other fact-finding work in support of the Workflows business
• Assists in maintaining the Workflows operating rhythm, ensures that meeting agenda are published, pre reads are distributed, and notes & action are collected and supervised

What do you need to bring

• Experience and positive track record in partnering with business stakeholders and strong engagement including production of senior level material and presentations
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a positive work demeanor
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Experience of leading projects or workstreams and accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with financial data and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Ideally experience with Project or Program management tools such as , Asana, Clarity
