For our Sales team we are looking for Customer Platform Analyst.

As a Customer Platform Analyst you will be responsible for supporting customer bidding and sourcing process by ensuring platform are correctly configured and have up to date information. You will support Customer Solution Centers, ISMs and KAM.

Responsibilities

  • Key user of the assigned sourcing platforms shared with customer – account creation, updates, uploads
  • Communicate with customers on platform/systems issues and resolve them
  • Making sure the platforms are configured in line with customer requirements: photos, technical drawings, specifications etc.
  • Ensuring information on products and pricing is accurate in sourcing platforms and ERP system with respect to specification and agreed pricing
  • Facilitating cooperation between ISM/KAM and operational companies to meet customer needs
  • Support the process of onboarding new customers in cooperation with commercial account manager and relevant local Ammega entity i.e. communicate account infomation between customer and operating company (Customer Solution Center)
  • Preparation of various ad hoc reports as requested
  • Support various ISM & KA initiatives and customer events i.e. industry meetings
  • Monitors variables in Sales Agreements of Global Strategic Accounts

We are looking for you to have

  • Min. 1 – 3 years' experience in customer service or technical support function
  • Basic knowledge of Ammega products - belting
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of other language will be an asset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
