Due to our dynamic development, we are looking for a motivated Business Central Implementation Consultant in Poland to support our growth. This is role is based in Warsaw, Mokotów and the work system is hybrid (2 or more days in the office in a week).

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis and consultation regarding business needs within the context of Business Central solution implementations.

Customization and personalization of ERP systems according to specifications through configuration and optimization.

Development of project and implementation documentation in accordance with company methodology.

Organizing and conducting training sessions on system functionality and system management for key users.

Collaboration with the development team to implement and expand the system.

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC environment.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, especially in accounting and finance areas.

Fluent English and fluent Polish (must-have).

Knowledge of MS SQL Server and experience as a key user, administrator, or service technician of ERP software are highly desirable.

Attention to detail and commitment to project execution.

Good communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and the ability to work in a team.
