Passive Safety Systems is carving out from ZF's current portfolio to become an independent company. This will allow the Division to further grow and expand its market position in safety restraint technologies by involving external investors. Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Global Process Expert at Czestochowa. Position can be as well in Reynosa, Mexico.


• Drive Early Product Development (process, material) regarding Design for Manufacturingand total cost of ownership;


• Process Development; define and develop preferred manufacturing processesand key suppliers (Front-Loading);


• Identify and implement Design for Automation potentials;


• Represent Operations within innovation and new product development projects;


• Define Process Standards and lead worldwide implementation;


• Support and approve D-FMEA (production process focus);


• Trigger P-FMEA and Control Plan Standardization;


• Approve Manuf. Process Changes worldwide (global process expert);


• Drive Digitalization for data based process improvement, AI applications;


• Perform benchmarks and deep dives between products and locations

--> quality improvement potentials, best practice sharing;

Your profile:


• Deep experience in assembly process development (ideally seatbelt products & processes);


• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;


• Project Management/ planning/ organizing skills;


• Excellent oral and written communication skills;


• Global attitude.
