The company is currently seeking a:

EXPORT AND IMPORT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply of products from European distribution centers to global customers outside the European Community. You will also oversee raw material supplies from overseas to production sites in EMEA, handling the entire process from order creation to goods arrival at the destination. Collaboration with various stakeholders such as shipping companies, customs agents, sales teams, warehouse staff, and clients is essential.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Create export orders and manage deliveries in SAP.
  • Communicate with customers and Avient branches.
  • Coordinate export and import shipments with carriers and warehouses.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and import/export procedures.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues effectively.
  • Support improvement projects and maintain positive relationships with internal and external teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in English (B2) with job-related knowledge.
  • Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Familiarity with data/process analytic tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build trust and resilience.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
