Umowa o pracę

Kluczowe obowiązki:

- Nadzór nad zespołem, dbanie o terminowość,
- Organizowanie regularne spotkania zespołu, wspieranie zespołu,
- Zapewnianie wsparcia merytorycznego i procesowego w sprawach związanych z księgowaniem i rozliczaniem transakcji finansowo-księgowych, monitorowaniem zobowiązań, planowaniem płatności, rozliczaniem wydatków na podróże służbowe (T&E), uzgadnianiem i potwierdzaniem sald z dostawcami.
- Wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu zapytań pracowników.
- Koordynacja i udział w działaniach związanych z zamknięciem miesiąca i raportowaniem

Idealny kandydat:

- Posiada min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia w koordynowaniu zespołu jako Supervisor lub Team Leader
- Z biegłą znajomość języka angielskiego oraz dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego lub hiszpańskiego.
