From here, we manage across the region, handling our wholesale distribution as well as our owned and operated stores. We are looking for a passionate candidate with broad digital media experience to join our Paid & Owned Marketing Team as a Digital Media Specialist with accountability for the ongoing management of digital campaigns in the Czech Republic, including all segments of the communication funnel. Your Role:

• Managing awareness, engagement and performance marketing activities, contributing to drive awareness, traffic and sales in all touchpoints i.e. PSM, SEM, DV and affiliate

• Day-to-day cooperation with local and global digital agencies

• Digital media budget management

• Tracking, reporting and evaluation of the campaigns performance

• Fulfill work-related tasks delegated by the supervisor.

We're the perfect match, if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience as digital communication planner in media agency or similar position in Marketing preferably in international retail, fashion/beauty or FMCG, with strong commercial mindset.

• Strong expertise in digital campaigns planning, implementation and ongoing management.

• Excellent communication, cooperation and project management skills.

• High level of proficiency with with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Facebook Business Manager.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or similar field

• Fluent in English and Polish – verbally and written.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner.

• Flexibility and adaptiveness to changing priorities.
