Facilitate self-organization within the team by providing guidance, coaching, and removing impediments to foster a culture of accountability and ownership. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, etc., ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking. Align the team with the product vision and customer needs to ensure a focus on creating customer value, collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize work accordingly. Assist the team with defining and tracking project milestones, identifying and implementing strategies to ensure deadlines are met while proactively addressing potential obstacles. Guide team members in developing their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement through coaching, mentorship, and facilitation of problem-solving. Demonstrate servant leadership by prioritizing the needs of the team, building trust, promoting collaboration, and empowering team members to make decisions autonomously. Serve as the primary contact person for all matters related to Scrum and other agile practices, continuously developing and improving them in alignment with team and project needs. High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities. Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into role quickly and often. Openness to regular weekly visits to the Katowice office.
