About Your Team:

We're all about facilitating online conversations between customers and businesses, aiming to develop a product that streamlines customer interactions. Currently, we are searching for a skilled UX Researcher to join our LiveChat product team. LiveChat stands as our primary product, trusted by over 37,000 companies worldwide, boasting the largest user base. We are committed to continuous improvement to enhance user experience.

You will collaborate with four distinct product teams, specializing in various areas such as growth, core experience, power users, AI, and automation. These teams consist of Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Testers, and you will work closely with key figures like The Head of LiveChat and our Product Managers. Adhering to the Shape Up methodology, which prioritizes efficiency and productivity.

About Your Role:

As an experienced UX researcher, you will partner with the Head of Product and Product Managers, offering data-driven insights to guide product development decisions. Your input will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, influencing strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include planning and executing remote research projects across four teams, training product managers and designers in conducting their UX research projects, and contributing towards shaping our product's market position.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Experience in establishing, planning, and executing UX processes within a product-oriented organization, collaborating with product managers.
  • Ability to independently lead a research process, from identification to planning, involvement of the product team, and proposing solutions.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management and the Executive Team in developing long-term product strategies.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with data-driven teams and understanding both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Basic knowledge of the software development process.
  • Curiosity and a knack for uncovering hidden patterns.
  • Capability to form narratives with data, communicate ideas concisely, and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with event-based analytics tools like Amplitude, Heap, etc.
