What this role involvesYou will be part of a research-focused project, targeting contributions to the open-source ML community and ML conference publications. You will work based on the goals outlined in the Research Proposal created during the hiring process. This is a 6-month, full-time contract with flexible working hours, suitable for individuals pursuing academic degrees such as a master's or starting a PhD.Join Allegro's talent Program, e-Xperience 2024, running from September 1st, 2024, to February 28th, 2025.   • Have hands-on experience in Deep Learning and Big Data.
  • Possess critical thinking abilities and a theoretical grasp of ML.
  • Understand the methodology of conducting scientific research.
  • Are proficient in Python and data visualization libraries at an advanced level.
  • Are familiar with common ML libraries like torch, transformers, pandas, and numpy.
  • Have an English proficiency level of B2+ and can communicate results verbally and in writing.
Additional skills that are advantageous:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
