As our Insights Analyst/Market Researcher you support the Strategy & Insights subdomain to drive a consumer, visitor, community and partner-focused culture across the company by collaborating across the organization to deliver research, data and actionable insights. You will also support the execution of research initiatives to inform strategy and tactics.

You will be:

Supporting the execution of surveys and effectively sharing insights across multiple stakeholders.

Developing and presenting research findings in a visually appealing manner to inform decision-making.

Collaborating with external partners to procure and develop third-party research material.

Leading various market research initiatives across multiple markets and business topics.

Applying your expertise in research design, execution, analysis, and commentary on a vast amount of data.

This is a 12 month role, based in Warsaw in Poland with 2-3 days onsite/ week.

As our Insights Analyst/Market Researcher you have experience within marketing research and insights with focus on retail, brand, visitor and partner satisfaction and consumer behaviour. You are great in communicating your findings and large amount of information in an impactful and clear way to different stakeholders throughout the organization. Furthermore, you have a background from similar roles, and you have been working with marketing surveys for several years.

You have the following qualifications:

  • Very strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Experienced in insights/marketing research with a focus on retail, brand, visitor and partner satisfaction, and consumer behaviour.
  • Skilled in Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in conducting research across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • A strong track record of using a range of research skills (qualitative, quantitative, secondary) in multi-stage global research projects
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Well-versed in retail and shopping centre markets.
  • Experience from conducting surveys in digital survey tools e.g. Microsoft Forms, Alchemer.
