To uphold our success in the Polish market, we seek innovative individuals to drive change with us. We are in search of a Market Research Analyst to join our esteemed Production team. Your role involves analyzing the online education and labor market in Poland, directly impacting our course development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on education and labor markets and propose course topics
  • Define target audience based on needs and other factors
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test and assess market potential
  • Work with Production team to brainstorm new course ideas
  • Streamline the course topic selection process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product or market research or marketing analytics
  • Proficient in Polish and at least Upper-intermediate in English
  • Familiarity with Polish business trends and top companies
  • Experience with various analytical tools like Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
