Job Title: Salesforce Support Agent at EcoVadis

EcoVadis is seeking a Salesforce Support Agent to join the Frontline Digital Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org and supporting enhancements across various business areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support. Your responsibilities in promoting continuous improvements in sustainable business practices include:

  • Acquire and update knowledge of product features to offer precise solutions to customer requests.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries following company procedures and best practices.
  • Document all communications and status information into the case management system (JIRA).
  • Provide immediate responses to issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
  • Escalate critical requests or ones needing advanced knowledge to Tier II.
  • Offer on-call support for urgent and complex inquiries.
  • Communicate new functionality requests to product owners.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of Technical Support Experience in IT.
  • Technical expertise in the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
  • Dedication to Customer Service.
  • Team Player mindset.
  • Highly Motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
