Job Title: Salesforce Administrator at EcoVadis

The Frontline Digital Transformation team at EcoVadis is searching for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to drive enhancements in business processes and play a pivotal role in the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org across various departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.

  • Provide guidance to colleagues on adopting new technologies to enhance business value
  • Align business processes with Salesforce best practices
  • Design, implement, and test cutting-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations
  • Collaborate with the team throughout the software solutioning process
  • Manage initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Create and maintain technical solution documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues effectively
  • Assist with QA Testing and regression testing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing)
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes, including taxations and revenue recognition
  • University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator
  • Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ
  • Strong experience in technical analysis, systems' design, and more
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues and communicating effectively
  • Experience with VsCode, Github, AzureDevOps is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred
