Insights about the Role

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams engage with customers, company sales, or service representatives to manage a range of pre-sales or post-sales service tasks. They handle transactions through phone, internet, and correspondence, address inquiries about TE's products or services, potentially promote and sell the company's offerings, and work on resolving customer concerns in line with TE's Exceptional Customer Experience strategy.

Your duties

Serve as the main point of contact, managing direct accounts for customers on a daily basis Conduct contract assessments on orders/schedules and process them in the SAP system Expedite orders when requested Handle requests for quotations Manage customer returns Address credit and debit issues and requests, issuing necessary credits/debits Hold regular discussions with the account base to address On-Time Delivery, backlog, and other general support matters Review, act on, and distribute all relevant order-related reports Respond to technical inquiries from customers using internal technical resources and suggest alternatives as appropriate Proactively follow up on quotations

Expected Background:

Prior experience in Customer Service is preferable Fluent in English and Italian (minimum C1 level) Familiarity with SAP and MS Office suite, and knowledge of supply chain or logistics is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks A dedicated team player with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and adaptability, capable of working under pressure, offering prompt follow-up, and resolution of issues and inquiries A multitasking creative thinker with a positive mindset, attentive listening skills, and patience Essential problem-solving and negotiation skills are a must Goal-oriented, open-minded, well-organized, and resilient, even in challenging situations Capable of operating in a hybrid model (office situated in Kraków)
