Customer Service Associate - Fluent Danish and English

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels, including calls, emails, and tickets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset by supporting customers via chat and other emerging channels in the future. The services will be provided in Danish and English, so fluency in these languages is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide support via multiple channels, including calls, emails, and tickets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Danish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
