This position reports to

AR Specialist

Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to process accounting transactions for the Accounts Receivable team in a complete, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

Each day, you will perform necessary activities within the Accounts Receivables team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

You will also showcase your expertise by handling the end-to-end processing of accounts receivables, including verifying and reconciling incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy, and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.

The work model for the role is: hybrid #hybrid #Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in Kraków, Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Processing Accounts Receivable transactions such as customer invoices and/or advances, account reconciliation and reporting.
  • Supporting internal trade payments and cash application activities, handling of retentions and/or deductions.
  • Executing analysis and reports as assigned in accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting internal business units via phone, email and workflows.
  • Supporting development and implementation of improvements projects.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are engaged in working in teams, pay attention to deadlines and you work well with time pressure
  • You enjoy working with SAP and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate your interest in Finance
  • Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is nice to have
  • You are passionate about customer service and you present attention to details
  • Degree in Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics and/or Business Administration
  • You are at ease communicating in English
