Job Description

The Junior Accounts Receivables Specialist reports to the Receivables Team Lead and is responsible for cash application, timely billing, and performing other AR related operations with great attention to detail.

The Specialist will follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, minimize loss, and maintain professional relationships with customers. They will proactively identify risks associated with managed accounts.

Tasks include:

  • Participating in transitioning AR functions to Krakow
  • Ensuring accurate payment processing in compliance with internal controls
  • Analyzing unallocated cash and investigating
  • Monitoring accounts and contacting customers for overdue payments
  • Managing the billing process for timely invoice issuance
  • Assisting in developing automated processes for scalable AR collections
  • Building relationships with key customers

Basic Requirements

  • Up to 1 year experience in Accounts Receivables or customer service
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Ability to support team efforts, make sound decisions, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
