Responsibilities

Mission:

Société Générale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a trainee in KYC with availability for 12 months and at least 30 hours per week.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Customer overview for all business lines of the Polish, German and Austrian branches
  • Preparation of reports
  • Performance of due diligence controls in relation to clients' identification and reputation
  • Risk assessment performance
  • Other KYC/AML support functions performance, such as: filtering of individuals and entities against sanctions, negative news, PEP
Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Student status for the entire internship is necessary (min. 1 year).

Language skills:

  • Good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
  • Knowledge of another European language would be an advantage

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Client and quality orientation
  • Very good organization of work
  • Meet the deadlines
  • Accuracy and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
